Delete Your Account

This applies to all apps built by Jogoh. To request deletion of your account and associated data, send us an email. We process all requests within 30 days.

Send a deletion request

Email us at jonggietechie@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the name of the app and the email address linked to your account.

What gets deleted

Your account profile and Google sign-in credentials
All content you created within the app (notes, records, entries, etc.)
Usage and device data associated with your account
Any other personal data tied to your account

What is retained

Purchase and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years after deletion as required by applicable financial and legal regulations. This data is held securely and is not used for any other purpose.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation once your data has been removed.

Please note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancelling it separately before requesting deletion will prevent future charges. Deletion does not automatically cancel any App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
