Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all apps, websites, and services developed and operated by Jogoh (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

App-Specific Terms

In addition to our general terms, the following app-specific terms apply when using our individual applications:

BudlerA budgeting app with a personality.

Budler is hosted on its own domain and is governed by its own independent terms. Please review the Budler Terms of Service.

BaZi PathDestiny decoding app.

BaZi Path generates Four Pillars destiny charts based on your birth details. The readings, interpretations, and compatibility calculations provided by the app are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy of any calculations or astrology-based predictions, and you acknowledge that any decisions you make based on BaZi Path readings are solely at your own risk.

MagpieSave, organize, and search screenshots, links, and notes.

Magpie allows you to capture, save, organize, and search screenshots, links, and notes by custom labels. You retain sole ownership of all content you save. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and store the content you import. Your saves are processed on-device and stored locally or synced to your own Google Drive (via Pro). We do not host, review, or have access to your content, and we assume no liability for what you store in Magpie.

DusklingA calm, three-line daily journal.

Duskling allows you to write up to three short lines of text per day as a private journal entry. You retain sole ownership of all entries you write. Your journal entries are processed locally on your device and are stored there or backed up to your own Google Drive (if premium sync is active). We do not host, review, or have access to your entries, and we assume no liability for what you write or store in Duskling.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps and services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Accounts & Responsibility

Some of our apps require you to sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our apps or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service

Purchases & Billing

Our apps offer premium features through either a one-time purchase or a paid subscription, depending on the app. All payments are managed via Google Play or the App Store.

One-time purchases (such as Magpie Pro or Duskling Premium) unlock premium features permanently with a single payment. They do not auto-renew and are not recurring.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the relevant platform store before the end of the billing period.

Refunds are subject to the platform store's refund policy, not ours. We do not store or process payment information directly.

Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of our apps and websites are the exclusive property of Jogoh. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written permission.

User-Generated Content

Content you create within our apps (notes, budgets, entries, etc.) remains yours. By storing content in our cloud services, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your personal content for advertising or train AI models on it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any decisions you make based on information shown in our apps are solely your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jogoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our apps or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using our apps at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
