Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and services developed and operated by Jogoh (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). It explains what information we collect when you use our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what is needed to run the service and do not sell your data.

Information We Collect

Account & Identity Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This information is used solely to create and identify your account within the app.

Data You Create

Content you enter into our apps (such as tasks, notes, budgets, or other records) is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync or a premium plan, this data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud servers via Firebase.

Usage & Device Data

We automatically collect certain device and usage information to maintain and improve our services, including:

  • IP address and general location (country/region)
  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • Screens and features visited, and time spent on them
  • Unique device identifiers and crash/diagnostic data

How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our apps and services
  • Sync your data across devices (when enabled)
  • Understand how features are used to improve the product
  • Detect and resolve technical issues or bugs
  • Send important service updates (not marketing emails)

Third-Party Services

Our apps rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver their functionality. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they receive:

Google Sign-In (OAuth)

Used for account authentication. Google may collect data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

Firebase (Google)

Used for cloud database storage and authentication. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Governed by the Firebase Privacy Policy.

PostHog

Used for product analytics — understanding which features are used and how the app is performing. PostHog collects usage and in-app interaction data but does not collect personal financial or sensitive information. See the PostHog Privacy Policy.

Google Play Billing / App Store

Used for subscription and in-app purchase management on applicable apps. We do not store payment card details. All billing is handled by the respective platform store.

Google Fonts

Used on our web properties for typography. Google may collect usage data per their Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

For apps with a free tier, your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. For apps with cloud sync or premium plans, your data is encrypted and stored securely via Firebase. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
